He had a good knowledge of the local real estate market and was very helpful in our request to have family have access to the house to check on things we were concerned about during our absence. Brandon introduced us to an inspector, and we used him to find potential problems with plumbing, electrical,l and air conditioning. The inspector was more than helpful in finding potential problems, and Ms and Brandon acted on his findings,ngs communicating them to the seller's agent. All necessary repairs were completed in a very expedient manner, and the closing went as originally scheduled. I would highly recommend Brandon for assistance in either purchasing or selling a home.
