When we finally were ready, he was always available to see whatever we wanted. And our parameters kept changing. I personally knew I could trust him because he would also point out the downsides of any property; for example, the HOA is probably going to ask u to repaint the exterior within 2 years, or the HVAC is nearing the end of its useful life. Would def hire him again!
